after Fite Plumbing worked on hot water heater, Five days later we had no hot water. They came back and installed a generic thermocouple because they did not have the A.O.

Smith part. Repair man said he would come back with correct part next week. Said it would only cost for part if it was not covered by warranty. Then office called and said it would cost another $125.00 labor charge to install correct part.

This smacks of bait and switch.

They should have had the correct part in the first place A.O. Smith is the heater used by most contractors.
