When I requested the carpet cleaning service from Service Magic Eddie Castello called me immediately to clean the carpet for 2 bedroom apartment. He quoted the price over the phone for $150 . The range was $110-$120 but he said he can do it the same day so I said OK. He did the service but charged $200cash The tenant paid it cash . He said he doesn't have a receipt so without receipt he got the money . After my numerous calls he promised me that he was going to refund $60 dollars and sent me the receipt . It's been 2 months and still I didn't get anything. I called maybe 7 times and nothing. This is very unprofessional and very impolite. He doesn't deserve doing business with him. I am pissed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
